What kind of events can the banquet halls be rented for?
Our Banquet Hallsare ideal for a variety of events, including Anniversary Celebrations, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Meetings and workshops, Christening Celebrations, Reunions, Staff Christmas Parties, Art Exhibitions, Birthday Parties, Seminars, Auctions, Trade shows, and more.

 

Is parking free? 
Yes, we are the only location within the vicinity that can accommodate up-to 1000 vehicles within the premises.

 

Do you provide catering services?
Yes, we do outdoor catering services.

 

Can we bring our own food?
Food prepared from outis not allowed due to food safety and liability issues.

 

Do you provide bar services?
Yes, we do. You can speak to our banquet sales department with regards to your requirements and they will customize a package and service element for you.

 

Can we bring in our own wine?
Yes, you are to discuss this with the banquet sales team in detail prior to the function.

 

How is the seating arranged?
The banquet operations division will arrange or suggest an appropriate seating configuration based on the number of guests. A floor plan is provided, and the client decides on the location of the head table and guest tables. The WE staff will set up the tables and chairs accordingly.

 

Are table linens and chair covers included as part of the wedding hall rental?
The wedding hall rental does not include table linens and chair covers;however,you are welcome to discuss a package that will suit your budget with the banquet sales personal.

 

May I bring in my own Decorator? 
Yes, you can personalize your décor for the wedding venue by hiring someone or decorating yourself.
